The Orion Nebula and Oil Paintings of the Catholic Church

In Volume 101 of “2012 The Glorious Hope”, Pastor Wind has mentioned that even though the Catholic Church has a history of more than 1700 years and often claimed that the most orthodox Christianity was passed down from Lord Jesus and apostle Peter, the cathedrals of the Catholic Church aged over several hundred years feature extremely large amount of lavish decorations and on the decoration at the back of the altar and the frescoes there are even the figurative simulation of Orion and the Orion nebula.

Also, their meticulosity and clarity were impossible at that time when telescope was not invented or was only invented for a few decades.

For example, St. Charles’s Church, established in 1713 and situated in Vienna, Austria; St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican built in 1666, and the Church of the Gesu, established in 1580 and situated in Rome, Italy. They all have simulations of the Orion nebula on the altar decoration and frescoes.

Besides, in Vol. 126 of the “2012 The Glorious Hope”, Pastor Wind has again shared more examples of the artwork of Catholic Church using the Orion nebula as blueprint.

For example, the painting called “The Conversion of Saul” housed in Vatican Palace produced by Italian Renaissance master Michelangelo Buonarroti between 1542 and1545, was actually based on the Orion nebula.

The painting “The Conversion of Saul” originally should base on the book of Acts in Christian bible, chapter 9, verse 1-7 which describes Saul, who used to be a Pharisee, met Jesus who showed himself from heaven on the road to Damascus. Therefore, in shock and awe, Saul repented instantly to become a Christian and later even become the greatest apostle in the history of Christianity.

But after Pastor Wind’s analysis, it is found that this medieval famous oil painting masked the Orion nebula in the characters. Also, the degree of simulation excels the image of ultra high-definition telescope used by satellites in its meticulosity, clarity, color, stereoscopy.

Now we can take a look into it!

The left hand side of the painting is Michelangelo’s “The Conversion of Saul”.
The right hand side is the HD image of the Orion nebula taken by satellites.

1) At the left upper corner of the painting, you can see a human-like angel lying on a cloud with his back toward the outside, the left hand stretched to the sky and head facing right. And at the same the upper left corner location of the Orion Nebula image, you can also see the exact same shape of the angel-like nebula there.

2) The middle upper half of the painting shows a human head probing to look forward among a group of angels. Around his head forms a triangular shape which corresponds with the same location of the Orion nebula. In the middle upper half of the nebula image you can clearly see a triangular nebula form.

3) On the right side of the triangular location, you can see an angel figure with his back facing out and body leaning slightly towards the left, head tilting down towards the bottom left, watching people on earth.
This corresponds with the same location of the Orion nebula. The right side of the triangular location of the nebula image clearly shows a standing human figure.

4) Besides, in the middle of the painting, you can see the form of an angel holding cloud in prone position.
This corresponds with a similar form found at the same place of the nebula image.

5) The upper side of the painting shows an inverted human figure representing Jesus.
His right hand reaching out towards the earth and left hand opening up towards the other side form a triangle.
A light beam shot out from his hand onto the Saul figure lying on his side on the ground and also another figure bending over to lift Saul from the ground. This corresponds with the same place of the image. The upper side of the nebula has a triangular light cloud and under the nebula you can see a nebula formed by a human figure lying on his side and another bending over.

6) In the middle of the painting, you can see a horse standing with its back facing out which corresponds with the nebular shape in the middle part of the nebula.

When you see the contrasts above and those between Catholic church decoration and fresco and the Orion nebula shown by Pastor Wind earlier, it’s certain that these artworks by Catholic church were based on the Orion nebula as blueprint.

Also, the meticulosity and stereoscopy of their simulation far excel the image of ultra high-definition telescope used by satellites. In fact, how could these designers and painters of Church decoration know in detail the shape of the Orion nebula 4-500 years ago?

As mentioned in earlier examples, early in 1545, Michelangelo painted image of the shape of the Orion nebula far more meticulously and clearly than telescope. However, history shows us that telescope was invented in 1608, i.e. 63 years after the painting was finished. And only 30 years ago, can humans only use telescope of satellites to capture such clear and HD image of nebula in the universe outside the earth.

In fact, were there creatures more advanced than humans enabling the Catholic Church to have the Orion nebula image even clearer than today’s image from the records of Babylon and carved onto the church?

And are these creatures Rephaim mentioned in Genesis chapter 6?

In fact, from 300A.D. onwards, because of the birth of the Catholic Church, the church entered into the Dark Age for 1200 years. Roman emperor implemented Babylonian pagan beliefs into the Catholic Church and stopped the church from rehearsing the dramas instructed by Jesus to the church. On the contrary, the church played the pagan drama of Babylon, such as Christmas and Easter which in fact commemorated Babylonian evil god Horus and Ishtar. As mentioned by Pastor Wind in the series of Galatians on Revelation 19 years ago, the Catholic Church is not the orthodox Christianity but “Babylon”, a religion described by Revelation!

Revelation 17:3-6
Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.
The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.
This title was written on her forehead: MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. When I saw her, I was greatly astonished.
